01 — Getting live

A workflow live and working, sooner than you'd expect.

Each workflow can be live and processing real documents within weeks. Your team's involvement is concentrated up front — a working session to walk us through how the work happens today, a small set of representative documents, and someone available for a few targeted questions. From there, our engineers configure, test, and refine it against your actual documents.

We identify the right workflows together

We start with a conversation about how your team works today, and map out which workflows are the best fit to automate first.

A brief working session to understand the work

We spend time understanding the process — what comes in, what needs to happen to it, and what good output looks like.

A few examples are all we need

We need a small set of representative examples covering the full workflow — documents, steps, rules, and outcomes. From there, the structure is configured automatically.

We train, refine, and go live

Once the workflow is set up, we run a training phase to reach the accuracy and performance level you need. When you're satisfied, we go live.

Your operators see only what needs human judgement — exceptions, approvals, anything ambiguous. Everything else completes on its own and lands where it needs to go.
